Tom Engdahl is the President and CEO of Radiance Technologies. Tom brings a unique mix of 27 years of entrepreneurship, engineering, marketing, and management experience to Radiance. In addition to Radiance, Tom has founded and lead six other successful start-up companies: Applied Digital Access (ADAX), Pathfire, Inc., Kasenna Inc., Alloptic Inc., Avasta Inc., Alopa Networks Inc.
Tom has held key positions at companies such as M/A-Com, Northern Telecom, DSC Communications, and Pacific Bell. He holds nine patents for telecommunications and video-cable products and has been active in setting standards in the telecom industry since 1984

Rich Soucie
VP, Customer Operations

Rich Soucie is responsible for customer operations, integration programs and strategic technology partnerships at Radiance. Rich brings over 18 years of product management and marketing and business development experience in the telecommunications and networking industry with focus on intelligent networking systems.
Most recently, Rich was Director of Product Management at Alopa Networks which was later sold to C-COR Inc. During his tenure at Alopa he was responsible for the strategic planning and direction of Alopa's Multi-service broadband provisioning and management products, the introduction of a new class of Policy Based Management software and Video on Demand systems business development.
Prior to C-COR/Alopa Rich has held various key product management and business development roles with leading broadband infrastructure systems providers such as P-Cube Inc, Copper Mountain Networks and Nortel Networks.

C.S. Prakash
VP, Engineering

C.S. Prakash is responsible for the day to day engineering and QA operations at Radiance. He brings in 17 years of experience spanning, Distributed systems, Security solutions, Network management systems, and Office productivity applications. Prior to joining Radiance, he was the Director of Application Engineering at Alopa networks, which was later acquired by C-Cor Inc. At Alopa, he was responsible for leading the development of the KDC (Key distribution center) which is used for securing VOIP calls by leading cable MSOs. At C-Cor Inc, he was leading the Mobile Workforce Manager group.
Prior to his stint at Alopa, he has worked in the areas of networking and commercial applications for various companies such as, Novell, and Texas Instruments (India) pvt ltd. He holds a BS in Electronics and Communication.
